Final Exams
Sunday. 10.15.06 4:09 pm
Last week was the start of my official semestral break. I'm still in college and I probably still have a year more of studying and slaving away in books! (somebody save me! LOL!) I just wanna share my latest experience during our final exams for my first semester of this school year.

As you may already know (if you've ever been to school, which I hope you have, LOL!) the usual final exams are the summary of what you have learned for the whole semester and it is a written form of test with identification or multiple choice or true/false. Well, for this semester, more than half of my exams are not your typical exams. Let me explain:

I am taking 7 subjects, and 4 of them are not your conventional written exams. One subject requires us to create a presentation (kinda like a documentary) of a current social problem. I chose poverty and people living in squatter areas. I must admit that was fairly easy because I too was interested in what I was doing. Another subject is a take home exam. Yes, you heard me right, I got to take home my exam papers and answer it there. Once again, it was easy thanks to my trusty internet! LOL! The third subject is an oral exam. Now, I really didnt expect this. In addition to that, I would expect this to be harder because you cant just easily "erase" a wrong thing that you have already said right? But to my suprise, it was kinda like an essay so everything was very informal and based on my opinion. Lastly, my Speech subject required us to present a speech choir. It's kinda like a cross between declamation and oration with a twist of rhythm and music (did you get that? I didnt...LOL!). Just to tell you, I have one hell of a stage fright and was not looking forward to doing this, but, when we did, it was so much fun that my body felt like it was running on adrenaline, all my senses were tingling! LOL!

So there you have it, my first semi-long post on nutang about my fun final exams! I'm so proud of myself! LOL! kidding! Thanks for dropping by and reading! Comeback soon!

I guess age doesn't matter when it comes to love... but you have to remember this is more of an obsession than love. Heh. And there's always things that get in the way, like the government... laws...

Take Home exams sound cool. :)

FIDELITY by Regina Spektor
I never loved nobody fully always one foot on the ground and by protecting my heart truly I got lost in the sounds I hear in my mind all these voices I hear in my mind all these words I hear in mind all this music and it breaks my heart... suppose I never ever met you suppose we never fell in love suppose I never ever let you kiss me so sweet and so soft suppose I never ever saw you suppose you never ever called suppose I kept on singing love songs just to break my own fall just to break my fall... all my friends say that of course it's gonna get better...
